The inclusion of a speaker, guest of honour or performer on an event page does not constitute a guarantee of their attendance. Speakers and guests may change without notice.

Photographs and imagery used on event pages are representative of the type of occasion we produce. They are not necessarily photographs of the specific event described.

Submitting an RSVP through this website constitutes an expression of intent to attend. It does not guarantee admission unless confirmed by Eastern Eye Konsult.

Admission to events may be subject to capacity limits, invitation requirements, venue rules and protocol requirements communicated by the organisers.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an RSVP at our discretion, including where an event is oversubscribed or where we have reason to believe the submission is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

Where an event requires a ticket or payment, separate ticketing terms will apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in an RSVP submission is accurate. Providing false information may result in your admission being refused.

Eastern Eye Konsult and its appointed photographers and videographers may capture photographs and video footage at events for use in our marketing materials, website, social media and event records.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed as part of the general event coverage.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the event team on arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in general crowd or venue photography.

Attendees may take personal photographs for non-commercial use. Commercial photography or filming at events requires prior written permission from Eastern Eye Konsult.

Photography or filming of award recipients, dignitaries or guests of honour is subject to any restrictions communicated by the event team.

The Eastern Eye Konsult name, logo, event names, event identities and all content published on this website — including text, images, graphics, layouts and design — are the property of Eastern Eye Konsult or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from this website without our prior written consent, except as follows:
